Excellent for driving sales and services

May 17, 2023

I have not seen many practical books on the market that merge offline and online shopping in such a well-structured manner. Additionally, the point of purchase includes a two-sided planning process. On the left side, we have the look of success, showing how success looks. On the right side, we have all the service systems that must be in place to maintain the execution of the look-of-success. The result is actual sales improvements. A compelling book that has proven to improve sales. This book is worth reading for all interested in improving sales, services, and profit.

Highly Recommend

May 12, 2023

My favorite chapters in this book are “Route to Market” and “Distribution Management,” which emphasize that last-mile delivery is a part of the design of the sales and services systems. In my opinion, last-mile delivery services are vital to building proactive customer and consumer service systems. As a result of the learnings in those chapters, I will continue to strengthen my company’s delivery services. Therefore, I highly recommend this book to all interested in improving sales and services for their customers.

Video About Sales Activation

Here are a few more details
about the book

Are you looking for a more effective and efficient way to sell and grow your business? Throughout this book, you will learn how market leader companies maximize their sales opportunities to increase consumer traffic and frequency and influence shoppers to buy more frequently, in more quantities, and at higher prices, at the point-of-purchase. The core of developing a best-in-class sales organization is focusing on brand and product activation at the point-of-purchase.

Everything has changed. Technology innovation has changed how we shop, pay our bills, and transfer money; how we communicate and socialize; how we seek information; and how we entertain and watch TV. As a result, the technological revolution has dramatically affected how companies market and sell products and services to their consumers. This book explains how traditional retailer businesses must transform their “go-to-market” strategies to maximize sales activation at the point-of-purchase.

Increasingly sophisticated techniques are being used to win over consumers’ brand preferences. As a result, both offline and online shopping channels need to consider all possible “tip-off signs” when the consumer interacts with the brand’s products and services.

Consumer insight is the driver of all changes. History has shown that market leaders have been excellent at listening to their consumers and evolving their businesses around their needs and wants at the point-of-purchase. It is through this process that market leaders grow.

This book provides the reader with best-in-class sales and services thinking and a process for increasing short-and long-term sales and profits.
